Hi, I'm Anna, a Mind-Body Integration Coach. I work with women who feel constantly ‘on’ - overthinking everything, struggling to switch off, and pushing through exhaustion just to keep up.
You might notice your mind racing at night, going over conversations, second-guessing yourself, feeling tension in your body, or snapping at the people you care about and then feeling guilty after. If rest doesn’t really feel like rest, and your body feels wired or on edge, your nervous system is likely stuck in overdrive.
I help you come out of that.
Through coaching, nervous system regulation and reflexology, I support you to slow your thoughts, release tension, and feel safe enough to actually switch off.
So instead of running on pressure and overthinking every decision, you learn how to regulate your system, think clearly, and move through life feeling calmer, more grounded, and back in control
